How to activate AI screening, set up triggers, and read the results on the candidate card. ~5 min read.

What Aleida does

Aleida runs the first screening interview for you. When a candidate reaches a chosen pipeline stage, they get a short, structured chat — tailored to your role and requirements.

After the chat you get an assessment directly on the candidate card in Teamtailor: Top fit, Possible fit, Weak fit, or Disqualified. You see the summary, strengths, risks, and suggested follow-up questions without having to read the full transcript.

Where it shines.Roles with a high volume of applicants where you want the right candidates surfaced fast. Aleida does not replace the recruiter’s judgement — it just brings the candidates worth your time to the top.

How it works

  1. You activate Aleida in Teamtailor’s Marketplace.
  2. You add an Aleida trigger to a pipeline stage on a job.
  3. When a candidate reaches the stage, they receive an email with an interview link.
  4. The candidate completes the chat interview (5–10 minutes).
  5. An assessment appears on the candidate card in Teamtailor within ~1 minute.
  6. Optional: the candidate is moved automatically based on the result.

Activate the integration

  1. In Teamtailor: open Marketplace in the left sidebar.
  2. Search for “Aleida” and open the integration.
  3. Click Activate. Enter the email of the person who should administer Aleida.
  4. You’ll receive an email with a link to create your Aleida account (valid for 30 days).
  5. Done. Activation only needs to happen once per Teamtailor account.
No API keys, no technical setup. Just an email address.

Set up a trigger on a pipeline stage

  1. Open a job in Teamtailor and go to its pipeline.
  2. Pick the stage where screening should happen (often “Inbox” or “Screening”).
  3. Click Add trigger and select “Screen with Aleida”.
  4. Pick a question template. The template controls what the candidate is asked. You create and edit templates in the Aleida dashboard.
  5. Trigger delay (Teamtailor field): set to 0 for instant screening. Default is 1 minute.
  6. Optional: enable Move when complete with a threshold — see Auto-move candidates.
  7. Save. From now on, every candidate that reaches this stage is interviewed automatically.

Reading the results

The candidate card in Teamtailor shows an assessment. Click Visa fullständigt resultat i Aleida(“See full result in Aleida”) for the summary, strengths, risks, and suggested follow-up questions.

Auto-move candidates

Teamtailor’s trigger has a setting called Move when complete. It moves the candidate to a chosen pipeline stage when the interview is done, based on a numeric threshold.

Tip.Start wide (e.g. > 20) for the first few weeks. Once you see how your candidates land, tighten the threshold to surface only Top fit.

What candidates see

  1. Email with an interview link from Aleida. The subject mentions the role and company and includes confirmation phrasing so the candidate is not confused.
  2. Consent screen where the candidate accepts that Aleida processes their data under GDPR. Required before the interview starts.
  3. Chat interview — structured questions with brief AI follow-ups. 5–10 minutes, currently in Swedish.
  4. Confirmation at the end with the option to leave brief feedback.
Teamtailor’s automatic application-confirmation email always goes out. Our interview email is phrased so the two together do not confuse candidates.

The dashboard lives at app.aleida.ai and opens from the link on the candidate card in Teamtailor.

Data & privacy

  1. All data is stored within the EU.
  2. Candidates give explicit consent before the interview starts.
  3. Only users from your organisation see your candidates.
  4. You own your data and can request deletion at any time.
  5. Candidate data is not used to train AI models.

Remove the integration

  1. Stop screening on one job: open the job in Teamtailor and remove the Aleida trigger from the pipeline stage.
  2. Stop everything: deactivate Aleida in Teamtailor Marketplace. Existing triggers stop firing.
  3. Delete data: email hello@aleida.ai from a registered admin address. We delete your company and all candidate data within 7 days.

FAQ

How long does the interview take?
5–10 minutes for most candidates.
When does the result appear in Teamtailor?
Within about a minute after the candidate finishes.
What languages are supported?
Swedish today. More languages on the roadmap.
Can I customise the questions?
Yes — each trigger picks a template. Templates are edited in the Aleida dashboard.
What happens if a candidate does not finish?
The assessment stays as “pending” until they do. It expires after 14 days.
Can I request a rescore?
Yes, click Rescore in the dashboard. The new assessment is pushed back to Teamtailor.
Can I override the assessment?
Yes, the dashboard supports a manual override with a recorded reason. It updates Teamtailor.
Do I need an API key?
No. The integration handles authentication automatically.
Can we use Aleida on multiple jobs?
Yes — one trigger per stage per job. Different templates per role work fine.
Is candidate data used to train AI?
No.
